Lisa is a senior investment executive at Rand Merchant Investment Holdings (RMI) and RMB Holdings Limited (RMH) and is responsible for several of RMI and RMH's key investments. She is also the co-portfolio manager for AlphaCode (RMI's fintech and next-generation financial services incubator). She is primarily responsible for identifying, partnering with and growing black financial services businesses as part of RMI's enterprise development programme. She was previously Director: Country Coverage and Investment Banking at Deutsche Bank South Africa.
