Thebe joined Metropolitan Life of Botswana Limited in March 2020 as Chief Operating Officer, bringing his extensive experience in the Botswana insurance industry to the Group. Thebe has previously headed the Mining & Energy Division at Aon Botswana, been Risk & Insurance Manager at Debswana, COO at both Old Mutual Short Term Insurance and Old Mutual Nigeria General Insurance Company, and the founding Managing Director of Old Mutual Life Botswana.
